    Consul Adler was an experienced Polish diplomat who has worked for over twenty years for Polish foreign service.

    In 1996 he was hired at the Department of Security Policy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1999 he commenced his consular service and was appointed as a deputy consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago, where he was performing his duties for five years. From 2006 to 2011 he was working at the Consular Department of the Polish Embassy in London. At first as a head of the Consular Assistance Division, subsequently as the head of the whole Consular Department. From 2013 to 2017 he was Polish Consul General in Edinburgh.

     

    Most recently he was given a responsible task of organizing Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Belfast. Consul Dariusz Adler was very loyal to his homeland and sincerely committed to his duties. His is and will be missed by the Polish foreign service.
